Terms
Last updated 26 September 2026
These terms cover your use of voox. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
voox is new, and free while it is new, within a monthly allowance shown in the app. The allowance, the features and these terms may change; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Check anything important
voox produces transcripts automatically, and automatic transcripts can contain errors — misheard words, misattributed speakers, missed passages. Before you rely on a transcript for anything that matters — legal, medical, financial, or anything you will publish — check it against the recording. The editor exists exactly for that: click any paragraph to hear it.
Briefs, answers and translations are generated by AI from the transcript and can be wrong in the same ways. Each one links to the moment it came from so you can check it.
Your recordings
You are responsible for having the right to record and upload what you give voox, including the consent of the people you record where the law requires it.
Your content stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide voox and to improve its accuracy, as described in the Privacy page.
Fair use
Don't use voox to break the law, to harm others, to get around the allowance, or to put unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
No guarantee
voox is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, including from errors in transcripts.
Ending
You can stop using voox at any time and request erasure of your data from Settings.
